As an older trans woman finding someone to do electrolysis is difficult at the best of times but to find somewhere to feel comfortable, not judged and who is professional is quite rare. From the first appointment with Karen I felt safe in all regards and she explained everything very well. With a wealth of knowledge and years of experience I knew I was is right place. Ever heard the saying if you find a job you love and are passionate about that you will never work a day in your life? Well that’s Karen she enjoys what she does and really loves helping clients. Although the process can be lengthy I trust that one day I will get to where I want to be and have no plans of changing or trying any other practitioners. Although the process can be uncomfortable I still look forward to my weekly appointments and I think that speaks volumes.

Ever since I was young I was conscious of my peaches and cream skin and darker hair, particularly the downy hair on my face.
